At our sister company Phase One Lending LLC, we've opened our doors to investors of all levels. From $2,000 investments all the way to $500,000 investments. Phase One does not require you to have prior real estate investing experience, special credentials or a specific net worth. Our investors range from farmers, restaurant owners, realtors, blue collar workers and everyone in between. If you like seeing one dollar grow into two, we provide those opportunities!
What do we do with your investment?
Phase One buys real estate that has value-add opportunity that allows us to hold them as a rental or flip the property. We purchase the majority of our properties using cash from our investors allowing both us and the seller of the property the smoothest transaction possible ensuring the highest level of convenience for all parties involved. While we work on the property, we pay our investors monthly interest during each month we hold the capital and then pay back the principal upon refinancing or selling the property. We never hold capital longer than 6 months per project but most decide to keep rolling it over!

Phase One offers our investors 8-10% annualized returns on all capital held paid out monthly. The true definition of mailbox money!
